We cannot accept returns without an order number or for items returned more than one month after the shipping date.

If your device is broken and cannot be used normally, please email us with a valid order number, photo, or video proof, and our team will assist you. If you cannot provide the information as requested by our team, we will not be able to provide the corresponding support and services.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. No exceptions.
Returned products must be new and ready for resale. They will be inspected upon receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes delivery to your address and return to our warehouse. Standard shipping rates apply to orders with free shipping.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Returns and refunds will be processed upon arrival and inspection of the product.
Duties and customs procedures
In some cases, VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs fees, and/or customs charges required by the destination country may apply.
